The main objective of APEC is to provide its members with good Quality meetings and to provide social events to cultivate and foster close professional relationships between members in Asian Pacific Region. The theme of the 16 ^th scientific meeting is "Access to success in Endodontics in Asian Pacific region ", which includes the provision of good speakers, interesting topics and covering broad areas of endodontic sciences and practical subjects. The local organizing committee works to advance the endodontic sciences by providing learning experiences through well known lecturers, covering main topics, discussing interesting cases and new development in endodontics. In this meeting we will maintain our usual format of a session devoting to a series of presentations from our councilor representatives.

We will organize a workshop for the member representative of endodontic societies to discuss about the need to improve the quality of standards; this concept will certainly aid the society's objective of promoting the study and practice of endodontics in the Asia Pacific Region. This is only possible because of the help and support of council members.
